<p>PURPOSE:To enhance reliability of overcurrent protective unit. CONSTITUTION:The information processor comprises means 4 for detecting current consumption, a circuit 11 for switching overcurrent set value according to the access processing mode of a main control circuit 6, and a circuit 12 for comparing the magnitude of currents being fed from the means 4 and the circuit 11. When the comparing circuit 12 decides that an overcurrent 14 being set by the circuit 11 is higher than a current consumption 15 detected through the means 4, means 2 interrupts power supply to a power system 5. Since the overcurrent set value can be varied according to the state of load, an abnormal load detection value can be compared with an appropriate value at all times resulting in the enhancement of reliability in overcurrent detection.</p> |
