<p>PURPOSE:To provide a protector, which has excellent workability at a time when a wire harness is assembled and the structure of a mold of which can be simplified. CONSTITUTION:A wire harness, etc., are housed in a protector body 1a, and a cover section 2a is rocked while using a hinge 3a as a point of origin and the opening end of the protector body 2a is closed. The pawl section 5a of the cover section 2a is engaged 2ith the lock section 4a of the protector body 1a. Even when a circular locus D drawn by the front end section of the pawl section 5a is displaced from the lock section 4a at that time, the front end section of the cover section 2a is rocked while employing a hinge 6a as a point of origin, and the angle of the pawl section 5a is adjusted, thus easily inserting the pawl section 5a into the lock section 4a. When the opening end of the protector body 1a is molded in a stepped shape, the cover section 2a corresponding to the stepped section is connected by a hinge and integrally molded.</p> |
