CONSTITUTION:The light of a semiconductor laser 3 which is joined closely to an end surface of a light guide layer 1 is collimated by a light guide lens 4 and after Bragg diffraction with a surface acoustic wave 6 by a surface acoustic wave exciting electrode 5, the light is reflected by an end surface reflecting mirror, passed through the light guide lens 4 again, and converged and projected on the light guide end surface. |
