PURPOSE:To protect leads against deformation without using an interlayer paper by a method wherein an upper and a lower lead frame are prevented from deviating in position from each other and kept at a certain constant interval between them by inserting protrusions into fitting holes. CONSTITUTION:Fitting holes 16 and protrusions 18 are provided to an upper frame 10 and a lower frame 10 respectively so as to be fitted together when the frames 10 are made to overlap each other. The fitting holes 16 and the protrusions 18 are alternately provided equally in shape. The sum of the numbers of the fitting holes 16 and the protrusions 18 provided to a rail is set odd-numbered. The upper and the lower frame 10 are made to overlap each other by fitting the protrusions 18 into the fitting holes 16 so as to be prevented from deviating in position from each other and kept at a certain constant interval. By this setup, the lead frames 10 can be prevented from deviating each other in transit and leads can be protected against deformation. |
