PURPOSE:To provide a structure for detecting the operational condition of each unit cell that forms a module. CONSTITUTION:Unit cells 21 are arranged on the outer periphery of an insulating center side supporting tube 27, and their interconnectors 26 are guided to a collector 28 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the supporting tube 27. The collector 28 is extended to the end part of the unit cell 21 in the axial direction, and an electromotive force for each unit cell 21 can be measured through the collector 28.
