SATELLITE BROADCAST RECEIVER

PURPOSE:To easily operate the reception of a satellite channel irrespective of being charged or not. CONSTITUTION:The output of a de-scrambler 4 scramble-releasing the output of a satellite tuner 2 is supplied to a de-scrambler input terminal 13 exclusively used for a scramble-released signal, which is provided in a satellite receiver 20 incorporating the satellite tuner 2. One of the output of the de-scrambler 4 and the output of the satellite tuner 2 is selected by a selector 6 controlled in accordance with the discriminated result of a synchronization discriminating circuit 15 which synchronously discriminates a descrambler output. Thus, the reception of the satellite channel is easily operated without the distinction of charged broadcast or free broadcast.
