<p>PURPOSE:To inexpensively obtain a semiconductor integrated circuit without an external selector for selecting the output destination of a signal and an external control circuit. CONSTITUTION:Two input/output buffers 5a and 5b which are connected to an internal signal line 4 in common are controlled by control signals 6a and 6c from a control circuit 3 decoding an instruction, and the internal signal line 4 and input/output terminal lines 7a and 7b are selectively connected. Thus, the signal output destination can be switched at the internal part of the semiconductor integrated circuit without the need of the external selector for selecting the output destination of the signal and the external control circuit.</p> |
