<p>PURPOSE:To provide the low power consumption system which can reduce energy consumption by detecting an event waiting state at the system even when waiting for an event on an application side. CONSTITUTION:At a microcomputer system equipped with a CPU, repeat timer, interrupting mechanism, memory managing mechanism, RAM and external storage device, turning to the event waiting state not to use any system call is detected by timer interruption and memory management interruption in the condition of operating an application program A, which is read from the external storage device to the RAM, and moved to a low power consumption mode.</p> |
