A horizontal pressure sedimentation tank, consisting of several tanks designed for use in water treatment processes, characterized in that it has pipe tanks (1), (2), (3)..(n), composed of pipe sections with diameters over one thousand millimetres, closed tight at the ends with end caps (1a), (2a), (3a) and end caps (1b), (2b), (3b), and the tanks (1), (2), (3)..(n) are arranged in the ground or a small depression with 1-3 percent slope down towards the outlets of sedimentation tanks, and through the end caps (1a), (2a), (3a) and valves (1d), (2d), (3d) are linked with main supply line (4), and through end caps (1b), (2b), (3b), and valves (1f), (2f), (3f) with the main drain line (5), which leads the water to the filters, while mounted in the tanks (1), (2), (3) are guide rails (1g), (2g), (3g) which control the water streams, and optionally multi-stream packets (1i), (2i), (3i).<IMAGE>
