PURPOSE:To provide the image forming device where the specified image forming ability can be retained without generating electrification failure to a recording body where an electrostatic latent image is formed by controlling AC of output impressed to an electrifying device to be a stable specified current value. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a recording body 8 where the electrostatic latent image is formed, an electrifying voltage generating part 2 feeding electrified voltage having AC component impressed by being abutted to the recording body 8, an impressing means 6 impressing the AC component provided with a frequency different from the AC component of the electrifying voltage to the recording body, a current value control circuit 16 detecting the output AC value of the electrifying voltage generating part 2 and controlling the output AC value to be the specified value, and a high voltage electrical power source circuit 1 provided with an operation error prevention circuit 15 preventing the operation error of the current value control circuit 16 due to AC component from the impressing means 6 flowing into electrifying voltage generation part 2, and the electrostatic latent image is formed on the recording medium 8. |
