CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with an image processing part 2 in which a still image accumulated in a frame memory part 1 is subjected to picture element thinning-out processing, and an index memory part 5 for writing image data subjected to picture element thinning-out by the image processing part 2 as index information, and in accordance with its index information, the still image is outputted as a display image from a display memory part 3.</p> |
