PURPOSE:To realize the selection of the optimum base station by using the existing trunk circuit by comparing and discriminating receiving levels received as a continuous tone frequency difference at each mobile station by a control office. CONSTITUTION:Levels of radio waves from a mobile station 1 received by a plurality of base stations BS1-BSn at a time are converted into the continuous tone frequencies output from a plural base stations that the radio waves, and are input as frequencies other than voice speaking band for trunk line in tone decoder 3 of a control office 2. After this continuous tone frequency is detected, a mobile-radio-communication selecting device 4 selects a trunk circuit having the highest receiving level in accordance with the base-station receiving level-to- continuous tone frequency conversion characteristic. |
