PURPOSE:To mold easily a recessed part and not to damage a molded item when it is taken out of a mold, by setting a projected part of the mold for molding the recessed part of the molded item to be freely rotatable in the opening and closing direction of the mold main body, and rotating the projected part of the mold and burying it in the mold main body when the molded item is released from the mold main body. CONSTITUTION:A projected part 11 of a mold for forming, an undercut, a recessed part 4 of a container 1 is independently constituted from a mold main body 7, and is freely rotatably set on the mold in the opening and closing direction of the mold. An elastic member 14 energize the projected part 11 of the mold so as to always project outside. A thermoplastic is extruded from an extrusion head 15 as a cylindrical parison P, which is placed between the mold main bodies 7 and 8. The mold main bodies 7 and 8 are closed and a compressed fluid is blown in the parison P to form a container 1. When the mold main bodies 7 and 8 are opened and the container 1 is released from the mold main body 7, the projected part 11 of the mold is pushed to the wall face 4a of the recessed part 4, the undercut, of the container 1 and rotated to be buried in the mold main body 7. The container 1 is taken out and flashes P1 is removed to obtain the container 1. |
