In order to achieve, by means of a locking device of the multiple-point type, such as rod-actuated or multiple-point bolt locks or the like, a high level of security and perfect sealing of the door, window or the like, with which it is associated, their locking members (1) comprise, in combination, a lock bolt (4) and means (3) for positioning the leaf of the door, window or the like against its casement, these means (3) and this lock bolt (4) being actuated in succession by a control member, such as an actuating rod (2), interacting with the control mechanism of the said rod-actuated or multiple-point bolt lock or the like. ……
