The subscriber of a communication installation (ICA) can, as a prefactory step, store a message for another internal or exteranl subscriber. Thus, by a preset process, the call number of the other subscriber telephone appts. can be also stored. When the other subscriber requests a connection to the originating subscriber, the stored message is transmitted to the request forming subscriber, if the connection has not been realised. In instances, when the exchange is unable to build-up connection to a call number of an external telephone appts. the message is transmitted also to the defined external caller at each attempt to build-up a connection. USE/ADVANTAGE - For both PBX and external subscribe systems, with wide application ability for information transmission.
