The basic body of the spring (3) has a thickness not exceeding the width of the grooves and on at least one side has at least one thickened rib (5) or bend which differs from the basic mass so that the thickness of the spring in this thickened area corresponds to the ideal width (B) of the grooves (2). The ribs (5) which extend in the insert direction of the spring are set alternately staggered on either side of the spring whereby the spring is pref. oblong and the ribs run parallel to the shorter axis.
