A ring-shaped end face section is located between socket and housing wall. A swirl element applies a twisting movement about the central outlet axis, to the feed air flow coming from the outlet housing. The swirl element is formed by air outlet slots (18), which are located on the cylindrical jacket wall (17). The outlet edges on the slots extend in radial planes of the housing. Each has a straight outer edge, and a flatly curved inner edge. The inner edge of each slot is connected to the straight outer edge of the neighbouring slot, via wall segments, which form twist blades.
