In a hose connection, esp. for reinforced high pressure hoses with a large minimum bending radius, the hoses (25,26) are connected pressure tightly together by one or more rigid tubes (27), esp. commercial pipe elbows. USE/ADVANTAGE - The connection is esp. useful for high pressure hoses in the hydraulic connections between fittings and movable machine components, e.g. plastics injection moulding machines, locomotive and aircraft tow connections and water cooling. It provides stress free connection without understepping of minimum bend radius and allows use of minimal hose lengths for relatively large displacements of the connected machine components.
