A projection system for slides can be changed immediately from a fade out projection to a panoramic projection and vice versa. The system consists of two projectors mounted side by side on a common base frame. Each projector is mounted on a support rotatable about a vertical axis relative to the base frame. One support (8) is rotated directly by a handle (12). The two supports are connected by links which cause the second (7) support to rotate in the opposite direction to the first support. The handle is used for a rapid change from one mode to the other. A screw drive (18) enables a slower smoother change to be made. USE/ADVANTAGE - Projection system for slides.
