A pliable rear window made of synthetic material for a folding hood of a touring car, consisting of a single layer of polyurethane. It is manufactured by casting the reaction mixture on a flat casting substrate. The reaction mixture contains a difunctional polyester bearing hydroxyl groups, a trifunctional polyol, a polyisocyanate formed from a cycloaliphatic addition product made up of an isocyanate-urea cycloaliphatic addition product dissolved in isophorone diisocyanate and, if appropriate, a difunctional isophorone diisocyanate.
