PURPOSE:To avoid generation of abnormal sliding sound at releasing lock due to increase of bearing pressure between the fixed side end part of a lap spring and a drum by assembling error and the like. CONSTITUTION:A small diameter part 7a is formed on one side part of a drum 7, a slip ring 16 is arranged on the small diameter part 7a, and the drawingly formed base part 10c of the fixed side end part 10b of a lap spring 10 windingly mounted on the outer circumference of the drum 7 is arranged so as to elastically contact with the slip ring 16. |
