LUBRICATING OIL FOR COLD ROLLING OF STEEL PLATE

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve lubricating properties, flowing and dripping properties and thermal deterioration resistance of lubricating oil for cold rolling of steel plate and to prevent stain of a rolling machine and a peripheral environment thereof. CONSTITUTION:In a modified beef tallow fatty acid triglyceride used as a base oil component of lubricating oil, one or two ester bond-forming beef tallow fatty acid residues among three ester bond-forming beef tallow fatty acid residues contained in one beef tallow fatty acid triglyceride are subjected to ester exchange reaction with one or two saturated fatty acids containing 8-12 carbon atoms.
