PURPOSE:To obtain the low-density subject foam having excellent dimensional stability without impairing foam properties by using specific trialkylsilylated silica fine power containing hydroxyl groups and alkoxy groups. CONSTITUTION:The objective foam obtained by using trialkylsilylated silica fine powder consisting substantially of an R3SiO1/2 (R is 1--6C hydrocarbon) unit and a SiO4/2 unit and containing hydroxyl groups and/or 1-6C alkoxy groups as a reactive residues, being 0.01-4mol/100g in sun of density of the hydroxy groups and density of the alkoxy group and having 0.01-0.5mum particle diameter and 40-15m<2>/g specific surface area at an amount of 0.01-20 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of a polyol. |
