PURPOSE:To ensure pressure fit of a mount body and a diaphragm part by exteriorly fitting by pressure an outer cylinder of the mount body on a pressure fit outer cylinder of the diaphragm part using a horizontally protruding part of a jig, pressing the protruding part through notches in the pressure fit outer cylinder, and caulking the non- notch portion in the set position. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm part 2 includes a pressure fit outer cylinder 8 to be exterior fitted on an outer cylinder 5 of a mount body 1 and an outer fit inner cylinder 9 to be exteriorly fitted on the upper part of an inner cylinder 4 of the mount body 1, and a diaphragm 10 is fixed between the pressure fit outer cylinder 8 and outer fit inner cylinder 9. At the bottom of the pressure fit outer cylinder 8, four notches 13 are cut corresponding to the caulking depth. When in the assembling process the pressure fit outer cylinder 8 of the diaphragm part 2 is exteriorly fitted on the outer cylinder 5 of the mount body 1, a horizontally protruding part 18 of a pressure fitting jig 19 is positioned confronting the notches 13 and pressed, and the pressure fit outer cylinder 8 is fitted by pressure on the outer cylinder 5 till the position specified. After pressure fitting, the jig 19 is removed, and the non-notch portion 20 is caulked, and fixation is made in a certain dimension. This quickens pressure fitting works and reduces the caulking load. |
