PURPOSE:To enable the elimination of a hindrance such as the burning loss or short circuit of coat films of powder by a method wherein the surface of a cooling fin is coated with powder after a masking jig is arranged on the surface of an Si series resin so as to surround leads. CONSTITUTION:The masking jig 7 with no coat of powder coating 6 applied over a silicon rubber 2R to prevent the increase in leakage current on the rubber 2R and with an inside coat of resin or metal 7M serving as the fixer applied over the rubber R of a rectifier 2 and an outside coat of an elastic rubber 7R (e.g. silicon rubber) serving as the releaser for the corrosion-resistant coating 6 and giving no damage to the rectifier 2 at least on one polarity side, and in this state the corrosion-resistant coating 6 is sprayed or dipped over the whole rectifier as shown by arrows. After the whole device is coated with that coating except the masked part, the masking jig 7 is removed. An Si rubber holder 7R has a cut groove 7a with a diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of a lead 2L. |
