PURPOSE:To provide a commodities sorting method for improving the operation efficiency as the whole by substantially fixing the amount of work for collecting commodities in each picking zone in a picking system for intermittently carrying containers of every desination extending over a commodity picking zone, and throwing commodities picked in the picking zone into the containers to be collected. CONSTITUTION:The reference work amount is set container by container by the number of items of commodities to be collected. By comparing the preset number of items of collected commodities with the number of items of orders received of each shop, a container (a) is separately carried, containers (b)-(d) of plural shops are united in a body and carried, or even for one shop, plural containers e1-e3 are used and individually carried. |
