PURPOSE:To impregnate a fiber-reinforced material with a resin, to omit defoaming work conducting defoaming by using a defoaming roll and to save labor improve productivity by impregnating the fiber-reinforced material with a resin composition and defoaming the fiberreinforced material by utilizing a decompressed state. CONSTITUTION:The top face of a mold 1 under a decompressed state is supplied with a glass roving 10 while the glass roving 11 is cut in glass chops 11 in approximately 50mm by cutters 6. The cut glass chops 11 are held on the top face of the mold because the internal surface of the mold 1 is brought to a decompressed sucked state. The upper sections of the glass chops 11 are supplied with a resin liquid 12 as a resin composition 14, in which the resin liquid 12 is mixed by a spray gun 7 together with a curing agent 13. The resin composition 14 fed is permeated toward the internal surface of the mold 1 under the decompressed state while being impregnated with a fiber-reinforced material and being defoamed, thus allowing defoaming in a short time. |
