PURPOSE:To raise productivity of beams by a method in which fitting holes for step plates of beams formed by laminating plates for a curved stair are formed by machining process in flat plates, and the flat plates are curved and bonded to each other. CONSTITUTION:A beam to be attached with step plates and hand rails for curved stair is formed by laminating plates 1 through an adhesive 2. Fitting holes 4 to be fitted with step plates for the plates 1 are formed by machining process in flat plates before being curved. The flat plates are curved along a mold 6 and bonded to each other Step plates are provided between beams on both sides and attached with hand rails. The accuracy and productivity of curved stair can thus be raised. |
