<p>PURPOSE:To improve workability during replacement of jigs in the case of detecting components in a jig fixed detachably on a workbench by means of a photosensor and to attain simplification in constitution and improvement in detection precision in the case of detecting components in a vacuum bath. CONSTITUTION:A photosensor comprises main body side projection and main body side receiving optical fibers 11, 12 fitted to a sensor body 8 as well as detection side projection and detection side receiving optical fibers 16, 17. Respective other ends of the main body side projection and main body side receiving optical fibers 11, 12 are made to face respective connection ends of the detection side projection and detection side receiving optical fibers 16, 17.</p> |
