<p>PURPOSE:To provide a process of producing a legged vessel which withstands heating by heating sterilization or by a microwave oven and can be formed easily and inexpensively. CONSTITUTION:A mold comprises a side wall part and a movable bottom face part on the upper face of the mold, and has a gap for forming a turned leg between the side wall part and the bottom face part. A laminated sheet consists of an outer sheet 6 which withstands heating at temperatures of 90 deg.C or higher and an inner sheet 7 whose softening temperature is lower than that of the outer sheet 6. By using these mold and laminated sheet, forming is performed by a method of vacuum forming, pressure forming or vacuum/pressure forming at a temperature which is not lower than a weldable temperature for the inner sheet 7 and is within the range of a forming temperature for the outer sheet 6, whereby a leg 8 in a state that the inner sheet 7 is welded together at a portion of the turned leg 8 can be simultaneously formed.</p> |
