<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the time required for evacuation and maintain the heat insulating performance for a long period of time. CONSTITUTION:A foil 4 of non-Al metal, which is provided on one side with a layer 5 with ceramic particles, is wound in layers on an inner tube 2 in such a condition that the layer 5 faces inward. An outer tube 3 is put on the turns of this wound layer, and sealing is made between the outer and inner tubes 3, 2. In this condition, the gap between the tubes 3, 2 is evacuated.</p> |
