PURPOSE:To allow a filter material to degrade when abandoned to prevent environmental contamination by using nonwoven fabric or fire retarding woven fabric comprising, as principal material for filter material, animal fibers and/or vegetable fibers. CONSTITUTION:As filter material, nonwoven fabric or fire retarding woven fabric comprising, as principal material, animal fibers and/or vegetable fibers is used. When these materials are abandoned, they will degrade thereby preventing environmental contamination. In the case that synthetic resins are used for binders of filter material and said material is abandoned, the binder will partially remain undegraded; however, it has no strength and forms a net-like shape, which may not make troubles. |
