PURPOSE:To improve dug soil and to contrive its reutilization without considering generation of an environmental problem by adding a surface active agent of predetermined range to the dug soil, and ajusting this dug soil to an optimum water content or less. CONSTITUTION:For improving dug soil reutilized, a surface active agent is added mixed in a range of 0.005 to 10pts.wt. agent relating to 100pts. dug soil, about 0.02 to 1pts. as an optimum condition. As a mixing method, on-road mixing by a concrete agitator vehicle or the like or in-room mixing by a plant facility is performed by a water solution or solid state. Further, the dug soil is repeatedly deposited and tamped divided into a plurality of times. Concentration is provided such that water content ratio of soil nature after mixing is about 50% or less optimum water content ratio of the soil. In this way, the dug soil can be easily reutilized. |
