PURPOSE:To decrease the number of ejector pins provided in a metal mold for molding, to make fabrication of the metal mold for molding easy and to make it possible to prepare a thin product. CONSTITUTION:This metal mold is characterized by applying the inner wall face of the cavity of the mold for molding with a resin coating 14 using a fluorinated resin. It is pref. that a satin-like finish is applied on a steel material and the surface after plating is applied on the satin-like-finished surface is provided with the resin coating 14. As the friction coefficient of the fluorinated resin is small, release properties of a resin molded product is improved and the number of ejector pins can be decreased and fabrication of the metal mold for molding becomes easy. |
