PURPOSE:To obtain a system stably supplying ultra-pure water by using a hollow fiber anion adsorbing membrane containing an anion exchange group and a hollow fiber cation adsorbing membrane containing a cation exchange group and inserting one of them in the other one. CONSTITUTION:A hollow fiber anion adsorbing membrane containing an anion exchange group and a hollow fiber cation adsorbing membrane containing a cation exchange group are used and either one of an internal membrane 1 and an external membrane 2 is set to the anion adsorbing membrane and the other one of them is set to the cation adsorbing membrane. By this constitution, ion removing efficiency is enhanced and stability and operability become excellent and a structure becomes compact and the treatment amount of water is increased and, therefore, a system preparing ultra-pure water is constituted. |
