<p>PURPOSE:To provide uniform grained artificial marble having depth and high- grade feeling without generating resin sag by gravity settlement of a gel coat resin in an elevation when the artificial marble is manufactured. CONSTITUTION:In a laminate 1 containing a grained gel coat layer 2, with which a gel coat resin composed of multicolors is mixed, and consisting of at least two layers or more, the grained gel coat layer 2 as a surface layer is formed of the gel coat resin as a resin, which has viscosity of two or more and the degree of thixotropy of three or more and in which at least one color of multicolors is transparent, and opaque colored layers 4, 11 as back layers are formed. A process in which a transparent casting layer 3 is formed between the grained gel coat layer 2 and the opaque colored layer 4 is provided. An FRP layer reinforced by glass fiber, etc., is used as the opaque colored layer 11.</p> |
