PURPOSE:To improve adhesive properties and printability besides antistatic properties by forming a resin layer containing a polyolefin resin composed of specific ethylene structure unit, acrylate structure unit and acrylamide structure unit respectively only in a specific ratio to a film. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin laminated film is constituted by forming a resin layer containing a polyolefin resin, which consists of a 65-99mol% ethylene structure unit shown in separately shown formula (chemical 1), a 0-15mol% acrylate structure unit shown in separately shown general formula (chemical 2) and a 1-35mol% acrylamide structure unit shown in general formula (chemical 3), is arrayed linearly and irregularly and has weight mean molecular weight of 1000-50000. The thickness of the resin layer is set in 0.1-50mum at that time. The resin layer contains the 0.3-50wt.% polyolefin resin mentioned above. Accordingly, excellent antistatic properties having no bleedout are ensured, and the adhesion of dust and the discharge of static electricity are prevented. |
