ENDLESS BELT AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE:To form a surface layer (outer face layer),at least seamless and homogeneous. CONSTITUTION:An endless belt 3 is provided with an inner face layer 1 and an outer face layer 2 in which different kinds of engineering plastics are in contact with each other. A joint section 1a is provided on the inner face layer 1. The outer face layer 2 constituting the surface is a coated seamless and homogeneous layer. Engineering plastics constituting the inner face layer 1 and the outer face layer 2 are provided with a solvent in common. Engineering plastics constituting the inner face layer 1 and the outer face layer 2 generate the phase separation phenomenon. At the time of coating the outer face layer 2, a polymer of the inner face layer 3 does not elute into the outer face layer 2.
