PURPOSE:To provide a thermoplastic resin foam molded foam in which the shape quality of the foam molded form, particularly the filling properties of a lower sharpness section are improved. CONSTITUTION:A molding die 1 composed of a female mold 2 and a male mold 3 is mold-closed, thus forming a cavity 4. An air filling process in which drain valves 12a, 12b, 12c are opened, a filling-gun opening section 8 is opened, compressed air is ejected and the inside of the cavity 4 is filled with prefoaming resin particles A is executed. A vacuum filling process in which the drain valves 12a, 12b, 12c are closed, a decompression device 13 is operated, and the inside of the cavity 4 is filled with the prefoaming resin particles A while discharging air in the cavity 4 is carried out, and the particles A are heated and molded. |
