OPTICAL MOLDING METHOD

PURPOSE:To eliminate the irradiation error of beam in a method for manufacturing a molded product having an objective shape by irradiating a photo-setting resin with the beam reflected from a freely tiltable mirror to laminate and form the layer of the cured matter to a base. CONSTITUTION:A convex lens 10 is arranged between a mirror 15 and a photo- setting resin 12 and the beam 14 reflected by the mirror 15 is passed through the convex lens 10 so as to allow the beam to be always incident to the photo- setting resin 12 in the direction parallel to the laminating direction of the layer 24 of the cured matter. Since the beam 14 is always incident to the resin in the direction parallel to the laminating direction of the layer 24 of the cured matter, a predetermined position is accurately and surely irradiated with beam. Dimensional accuracy and shape accuracy are enhanced.
