摘要 PURPOSE:To attempt the generation of a constant thrust for a long period safely, structurally and semipermanently by adjusting a phase so that a force generated by a mutual action between a high frequency current flowing in a conductor and an electromagnetic wave applied to the conductor may appear in a constant and perpendicular direction to a lead wire. CONSTITUTION:A hole concentration area 2a and an electron concentration area 2b are formed alternately at every half wave length of a current 2 on the conductor 1 by flowing a high frequency current 2 on the conductor 1. An electromagnetic wave generation device 5 is arranged on the extension of the conductor 1 and the electromagnetic wave 4 of a line polarized wave with the same wave length as the current 2 is applied along the conductor 1 and the electromagnetic wave 4 which becomes a progressive wave in relation to the current 2 is synchronized perfectly so that the positive polarity electric field wave 4a of the electromagnetic wave 4 can be faced with the hole concentration area 2a and the negative polarity electric field wave 4b can be faced with the electron concentration area 2b. Thus, since the vibration direction E of the electric field of the electromagnetic wave 4 becomes upper and perpendicular direction to the conductor 1 and the electric field wave 4a is faced with the area 2a and the electric field wave 4b is faced with the area 2b, all the holes and electron on the conductor 1 receive upper direction force by the action of the electric field and become a driving force for proceeding the conductor 1 upward.
