PURPOSE:To form a film excellent in weatherability to the surface of an article by laminating a clear layer composed of a photo-setting or electron beam curable composition in an uncured or semicured state, a colored layer having printing applied thereto and a base material layer in this order to form a cover sheet and irradiating this sheet with light or electron beam. CONSTITUTION:A clear layer composed of a photo-setting or electron beam curable composition in an uncured or semicured state, a colored layer having printing applied thereto and composed of a thermoplastic resin composition and a base material layer are laminated in this order to form a cover sheet 5. The sheet 5 is subjected to vacuum molding in molds 1, 2 and, after injection molding is performed, the clear layer of the sheet 5 is irradiated with light to cure the sheet 5 to obtain an injection molded product having a hard film excellent in solvent resistance, scratch resistance and chemical resistance. |
