PURPOSE:To improve the flame retardancy, toughness, hydrolysis resistance and the durability by using a thermoplastic polyester resin, a specified halogenated epoxy compound, an inorganic flame retardant aid and an epoxidation catalyst as constituents. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. thermoplastic polyester resin is mixed with 0.5-50 pts.wt. halogenated epoxy resin of the formula (wherein X is H, Cl or Br; (n) is 5 to 50, (i) is 1 to 4, and they may be the same or different for each aromatic group), 0.1-20 pts.wt. inorganic flame retardant aid, 0.001-2 pts.wt. epoxidation catalyst, and if necessary, 0.01-5 pts.wt. olefin polymer and/or fatty acid ester of polyhydric alcohol. |
