PURPOSE:To enable the unification of a core material and a slush molded skin material due to a press bonding mold even when an undercut part looked in a press bonding direction is formed to the slush molded skin material. CONSTITUTION:A slush molded skin material 12 is brought into close contact with the surface of an upper press bonding mold 30 by evacuating the upper mold 30 through the vacuum/blow hole 31 provided on the mold 30 and, after an undercut part 14 is held to a non-undercut state, upper and lower press bonding molds 20, 30 are engaged and clamped to integrally bond a core material 11 and the slush molded skin material 12 under pressure. Thereafter, air is sprayed to the undercut part 14 through the vacuum/blow hole to return the undercut part 14 held to the non-undercut state to the original shape to integrally bond the same to the surface of the recessed part 13 of the core material 11 under pressure. |
