EXTRUDER FOR SYNTHETIC RESIN PIPE

PURPOSE:To obtain an extruder for a synthetic resin pipe which is capable of always producing the synthetic resin pipe free from deviation of wall thickness in the circumferential direction of a product by an automatic regulation mechanism. CONSTITUTION:An extruder for a synthetic resin pipe is provided with a wall thickness measuring sensor 27 for measuring the distribution of wall thickness in the circumferential direction of the extruded synthetic resin pipe, an arithmetic output device 28 and a mold regulation mechanism 29 respectively described below. The arithmetic output device 28 inputs the measurement information of the sensor, calculates and outputs the correction value of mold position correspondent to deviation of wall thickness in the circumferential direction. The mold regulation mechanism 29 inputs the correction value of mold position from the arithmetic output device and moves the tip part of the mold in the radial direction for a mandrel and regulates deviation of the circumferential direction in width of radial direction of the flow path of molten resin in a mold part.
