<p>PURPOSE:To form a material tubing for pipe fitting with a small wall thickness, shorten the welding time, and enhance the site executed processes to a great extent by welding a cap to one of the two apertures. which belong to three apertures provided and which are located on one straight line, welding a neck part fitting to the other, and using the finally remaining aperture as a branch takeout part. CONSTITUTION:A branching shaping process is performed at 90 deg. intervals in the direction perpendicular to the axis of a material tubing of steel, and three apertures 4a, 106, 108 are formed. A cap is welded to one 4a of the two apertures 4a, 108, which belong to the three and are located on one straight line, while a neck part fitting is welded to the other 108. The finally remaining aperture 106 is used as a branch takeout part. Thus the material tubing can be made with small wall thickness.</p> |
