<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a gap by an air escape between an inductor plate device and a high viscosity material vessel by sticking an elastic hollow flat ring which is expanded underneath a pressing plate so as to shrink its diameter only in the case of intake and spread its diameter in the case of exhaust to the inner circumferential surface of a high viscosity material vessel or a seal member on the vessel side. CONSTITUTION:A compressed air is supplied inside of an elastic hollow flat ring 42 in the case of putting on/out an inductor plate device 24 in/from a high viscosity material vessel and the ring 42 is expanded underneath a pressing plate 41. Meantime, since an upper flexible part 53 and a lower flexible part 56 are changed from a flat status to a circular section, the entire outer diameter of the ring 42 is shrunk and a ventilation gap is formed between the ring 42 and the vessel 23. While, in the case of pump running, the compressed air is exhausted from inside of the ring 42 and the ring 42 is returned back to a flat status by a self elastic restoration force. Then, the outer diameter of the ring 42 is spread and the top end circumferential surface of a vessel sticked part 55 is sticked the inner circumferential surface of the vessel 23.</p> |
