<p>PURPOSE:To provide a filter regeneration device which has an improved heating space to avoid end face concentration of particulate heating areas given induction heating by microwave, with respect to a regeneration device of a filter which collects particulates of exhaust gas of Diesel engine. CONSTITUTION:A heating space 17 is provided with a filter supporting pipe 22 which houses and supports a filter, and heating pipes 23, 24 which are supported by both ends of the filter supporting pipe and have diameters larger than the filter supporting pipe. Distance between the tops of stationary waves generated respectively in the filter supporting pipe and the heating pipes are substantially equalized on a proper point of particulate collecting amount where filter regeneration is executed. As a result, entering of microwave inside the filter is promoted and an induction heating area of the particulate is enlarged, so that high regeneration performance and durability are ascerteined.</p> |
