PURPOSE:To provide a system for performing constantly correct navigation and display utilizing GPS position measurement data regarding position measurement error correcting technique in a GPS navigation system using a GPS receiver. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a GPS position measuring means 101 for outputting first position data P1 on the basis of radio waves from a GPS satellite, a self-contained position measuring means 102 for outputting second position data P2 on the basis of the output of a position measuring sensor, a discriminating means 103 for comparing the present positions of a moving body 100M indicated by the respective position data P1, P2 so as to discriminate whether the distance difference is over the specified value, and a correcting means 104 for adding offset value DOF to the first position data P1 when the distance difference is over the specified value. There are further provided a position computing means for outputting display data on the basis of the first corrected position data, and a display means for displaying the present position of the moving body on the basis of the display data. |
