The invention relates to a method and a device for removing a ready-printed product, such as a T-shirt, from a printing table 15 having an adhesive top side and parallel side edges. Within the region inside the side edges, the product is pressed against the bottom side of the table. As the friction between this and the product is surmounted, the pressed regions of the product are guided in opposite horizontal directions such that a particular region ends up lying outside a particular edge line and is clamp-fixed there. As the result of a vertical relative motion between the clamp-fixed regions and the table 15, the product is freed from the adhesive top side of the said table and is subsequently moved beyond the table 15, after which the clamp-fixing is loosened and the product is allowed to drop down onto a drying conveyor. The device has take-off members 14 having an engagement surface pointing upwards in the region around each of the side edges and a downwardly pointing counterpressure surface. Inside the associated edge line, the engagement surface presses a part of the product against the bottom side of the table. As the friction between the bottom side and the product is surmounted, the engagement surfaces are moved horizontally in beneath the counterpressure surfaces. The product is pressed against these and, as a result of a vertical relative motion between the table and the take-off members 14, the product is freed from the adhesive top side and is moved beyond the printing table 15, the clamp-fixing is opened and the product is able to drop down onto the drying conveyor. <IMAGE> |
